Yes indeed! We have our one and only Oh Yeah Beats producing song after song for the TRUE FLIGHT RECORDINGS. He is making instrumentals with Keys all over the place. This song I wrote while actually sitting down with my wife watching some "love and Hip Hop". I dont remember the exact one but regardless all episodes of this side show in my opinion misguide and mislead and misinform our community and culture about the dealings in music and life. Time and time again I see all to often how we as a community cannot stand together. This is why I feel we have not progessed as a whole. Though these actors have a job to "entertain" and sell a fight, the viewers are moreso going to repeat the process in all aspects. We as one are being distracted. So I felt like writing and came up with these lyrics and the instrumental. Enjoy!
OH YEAH
I created this composition as a remix or slowdown of a production entitled "Tell Me What You Think". In actuality I didnt want to go in any direction with the song but stressed and still having the desire to see light past the storm... I sat in my 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer and created the lyrics for the song called "FLY". I believe that if anyone can think beyond positivity but the movement of true potential, that individual can fly even if for a brief moment. In that moment, the elevating feeling overweighs all of the burdens and he/ she can feel invincible. With all this being said, I wanted to have nothing but a feeling of peace with the new production which is what you hear on this track. In fact.... I had this playing in my car one afternoon in a parking lot and the song moved a woman who was parked next to me. SHe asked a few questions as how she can get this and hear more. Feel nothing but peace in this production!
OH YEAH
There was not a direction at all when I created this composition. To be completely honest, I very seldom have direction or focused thought when producing beats and instrumentals. My mind races the most when in creation mode as far as the studio and making beats. I ask myself what are you going to do... I sat playing 5 chords constantly, which is the repetitive synth bells in the background and foreground. This was the pondering moment. Once I had that lead me, I chose how I wanted to break it all down so you can hear strings, bass, horns, more bass, and the high hats that give you a rushing sense. While you listen to this beat, what are you reminded to do?

"One thing you will see often on my soundcloud is "INSTRUMENTAL". This may be because I enjoy my experience when listening to whatever song I decided to remake. If thats up there... it meant something to me. I very seldom post my originals as the copyright process can take a little time. Also some that I have created are not for me but my clients instead, though I may post snippets and their links for you to experience their creations and content along with mine. There is also my YOUTUBE CHANNEL where I post a little behind the scenes work and other interest that I have messing around but you get to see ME. I believe LIFE can be an instrumental.
